Kate’s 18 year career has meant working in many facets of the Beauty Industry, from starting as an apprentice aged 15, to managing small and large salons, as well as corporate roles with Estee Lauder and Thalgo.

A stint overseas, and later a role as a travel consultant, showed Kate what she missed about hands-on beauty therapy- her clients- and led her back to a salon-based Senior Therapist Role.

A passion for looking after people and making them feel relaxed, renewed and refreshed, as well as a customer-focussed approach, led Kate to open Refresh Face & Body in Cronulla in 2002.

Kate is married with two adored children, Kayla-Mia, 3, and Lucinda, 1.
